Enhance Resident Experiences

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of elderly residents. This involves developing and delivering diverse lifestyle programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.
You will collaborate with residents, families, and staff to create personalized experiences catering to individual preferences. You will also continuously monitor and assess the success of lifestyle programs, making improvements to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of older adults' needs and preferences, as well as a creative and proactive approach to developing engaging and meaningful activities.
Key responsibilities include developing and planning lifestyle programs, collaborating with residents and staff, monitoring program success, working with healthcare professionals, overseeing event scheduling, fostering a positive community atmosphere, maintaining records, and coordinating volunteer support.
Requirements:- Minimum Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification.
- Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Level II First Aid Certificate.
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role within the aged care sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine empathy, patience, and commitment to enhancing the lives of elderly residents.
