Key Responsibilities
  • IT Service Ownership
    • Manage and support IT services, acting as a single point of contact, following ITIL phases (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, Improvement)
    • Requires general knowledge of system connections without deep technical expertise
    • Serve as the contact for stakeholder requests and escalation
    • Maintain quality through control environment, service reviews, and resilience tests
    • Ensure services meet SLAs and communicate with stakeholders
    • Contribute to the strategy for Technology Service Management
    • Plan service upgrades and communicate performance to Product owners
    • Occasionally onboard new IT services and update inventory tools
  • Service Management
    • The role requires a broad understanding of Service Management processes, with deeper knowledge in specific areas
    • Provide expertise and consultancy to Service Quality Managers and global teams, supporting the adoption of best practices
    • Offer functional support for Service Management tools, methods, and processes across countries
    • Deliver global governance-based Service Management reporting and adapt Configuration Management tools
    • Build strong relationships with business users and management in all supported sites
    • Participate in cross-country best practices meetings and manage change, incident, and problem processes
    • Ensure proper escalation for significant incidents and participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to maintain quality standards
    • Manage ServiceNow dashboards and support users with queries
    • Oversee the team's Confluence site and move processes to Confluence
    Requirements
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team
    • Experience in IT Service Management
    • Good understanding of ITIL methodologies, especially in Service Level Management, Service Continuity, Information Security, Change, Incident, and Problem Management
    • ServiceNow is required
    • Team player, adaptable to change
    • Experience with customer-facing applications is a plus
    • Basic knowledge of IT technologies and their operational environments
    • Additional language skills (French or German) are an advantage
