This role will provide evidence-based care across home visits, clinics and outreach settings.

The successful candidate will deliver safe, high-quality nursing care and promote wellbeing and health self-management for clients in need of support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in community settings.
  • Deliver wound care, continence management and medication administration as required.
  • Support clients to live independently and manage chronic conditions through effective communication and education.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
  • Qualification approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia for medication administration.
  • Demonstrated effective clinical communication skills and strong written, verbal and interpersonal abilities.
