Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Employment Officer. This position involves driving positive employment outcomes for individuals with disability and/or disadvantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services to diverse clients and assist them in achieving employment goals
  • Contribute to program planning, delivery, assessment, and review processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, services, and stakeholders to source employment opportunities
  • Support clients through work trials, experiences, and paid employment pathways
  • Ensure accurate reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
Requirements
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum
  • Willingness to travel with clients if required
  • Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements
