Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment.
  2. Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants.
  3. Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training.
  4. Providing in-employment support to sustain employment.
  5. Marketing your participants'skills to prospective employers.
  6. Achieving programperformance and quality benchmarks.
  7. Keeping detailedaccurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements.
  8. Actively participating in the local community to promote services.

Requirements:

  • Pasionate & Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment.
  • Relationship Builders who have strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with participants and employers.
  • Quality focused with an attention to detail and an ability to follow guidelines.
  • Problem solvers who have the ability to think outside the square and develop strategies to place participants into sustainable employment.
  • Tech-Savvy and confident in using computers and online systems.
