We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving transformative change and ensuring business readiness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Analyze Key Stakeholders: Develop a deep understanding of key stakeholders and their impacts on planned organizational change.
  • Develop Change Management Plans: Create comprehensive plans to address change impacts and ensure business readiness and adoption.
  • Lead Change Communications: Develop and execute change communications to support impacted groups transition to new ways of working.
  • Identify and Mitigate Change Risks: Identify potential risks and contribute to mitigating them, escalating to project leaders as needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven Experience in Change Management: Demonstrated experience in implementing change management activities, including strategy, planning, stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, implementation, and reinforcement.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Skills: Proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Demonstrated ability to work cohesively as part of a team and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Creating Communication Materials: Experience creating, coordinating, and delivering high-quality, plain English communication materials and products for internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to Juggle Competing Priorities: Demonstrated ability to effectively juggle competing priorities, including proactive and reactive work.
