Main Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of the Hose Service Centre
  • Develop skills in hose assembly, machine/weld, and pipe-bending procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience at the counter and over the phone
  • Manage data entry and stock control duties
  • Pick up and deliver goods as required

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Exhibit good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Show ability to carry out instructions accurately
  • Hold a current Manual Drivers' License
  • Display computer literacy and strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Maintain a well-presented and groomed appearance
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
  • Showcase ability to prioritise tasks effectively and problem solve
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be part of a collaborative team
  • Understand WHS and Safe Work Practices
