We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at TGI Fridays Sunshine Plaza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to a high standard, including wings, ribs, pasta, and more.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality service.
- Participate in menu development and improvement, including the creation of new dishes and specials.
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and receiving.
- Fully Trade Qualified in Commercial Cookery (Cert 3 preferred).
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
