We're seeking a strategic leader to join our Product team as a Manager, Insurance. This role is a 12-month project funded secondment with a possible extension.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring to support the team in working with technical insurance issues and initiatives.
- Oversee and co-ordinate activities and responsibilities for the Super Savings insurance product team.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, legislative and regulatory change, competitor activity, insurance data and related insurance product reporting, customer service reporting and insurer reporting to ensure the continual improvement of the insurance design and development.
You're a seasoned professional with a knack for interpreting legal documents and analysing complex data. Your expertise in business and product planning, combined with top-notch communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, will make you a valuable asset to our team.
- You have extensive experience in an insurance product role or a related discipline.
- You're able to build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
- You have experience in business-, modelling- and pricing analysis.
- You're adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality insurance solutions.
