Recovery-Oriented Mental Health Services

Our multidisciplinary team delivers high-quality, recovery-focused care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

The Mental Health Clinician role focuses on empowering consumers through evidence-based practice and collaboration with carers, families, and external agencies for effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive outreach mental health services in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure care is recovery-oriented, inclusive, and promotes independence.
  • Collaborate with carers, families, and agencies to optimise treatment outcomes.
  • Utilise evidence-based interventions to support consumer recovery journeys.
  • Participate in quality improvement and service delivery projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker.
  • Demonstrated full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist OR for Social Workers, eligibility to be a member of the AASW.
  • Skills in mental health and discipline-specific assessments and interventions.
  • Experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illness.
