Aurecon is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 8+ years of experience and RPEQ accreditation to join our Transport team in Cairns.
About the Role- Lead design delivery for road infrastructure projects, aligned with TMR guidelines
- Contribute to proposal preparation and support business development
- Drive quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members
- Ensure effective communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration
- Help shape strategic project direction in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways
- Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) – essential
- Proven capability in TMR project delivery, from planning to detailed design
- A collaborative mindset and passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges
- Experience leading design teams or mentoring others will be highly regarded
- Top 5 sustainability leader (AFR)
