Asset Optimization Specialist

Maintain and enhance manufacturing processes to ensure seamless operations. As an Asset Optimization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to optimize asset performance.
  • Collaborate with technical stores management to ensure efficient spare parts allocation.
  • Support data collection for budgeting purposes, incorporating planned maintenance activities for each asset.
  • Evaluate industrial services maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize the technical store process by linking planned maintenance activities with required spare parts.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities consider safety, food safety, energy/water consumption, and other critical factors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience as an Asset Optimization Specialist, including planning and coordination of maintenance activities, budgeting, and tracking KPIs.
  • Participation in TPM, preventive maintenance planning techniques, and maintenance execution preferred.
  • Proven self-management skills following defined KPIs/Objectives and proactive tracking of them.
  • Track record of delivering results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with capacity to influence and negotiate high standards of performance and quality.
