Embryologist Role

The position involves working as a skilled Embryologist in a laboratory environment, performing high-complexity tasks to support fertility treatments. The role requires expertise in IVF and ICSI procedures, embryo biopsy, and oocyte/embryo cryopreservation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine IVF and ICSI procedures with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage the cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos, ensuring optimal storage conditions.
  • Assist with embryo biopsy procedures when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-focused care.
  • Contribute to non-procedure lab duties, including stock management, equipment maintenance, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an embryology laboratory.
  • Recognized qualification in reproductive sciences, clinical embryology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated competence in IVF, ICSI, and cryopreservation techniques.
  • Familiarity with embryo biopsy techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
