Insurance Solutions Manager

About the Role

This is an exceptional chance to join our team as an Insurance Solutions Manager. You'll work closely with the Strategic Client Partnership Manager and Client Partnership Manager to develop and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet the needs of our super fund partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative insurance solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  4. Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, business administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product management, distribution, or operational roles.
  • Strong project management and business planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced reporting skills, data analysis, interpretation, and implementation, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
