Visionary Technology Leader

As a key member of our executive team, you will shape the technology vision and architecture to support business growth and innovation.
This strategic engineering leadership position oversees product development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
You will lead and mentor our Engineering team, staying hands-on with technology to guide complex decisions and drive technical excellence.
- Develop and drive the technology strategy to support business objectives.
- Oversee product development, prioritizing features and timelines.
- Lead delivery of major initiatives on time and within budget.
- Balance new development, technical debt, and production support for optimal outcomes.
- Optimise the technology stack, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Continuously improve engineering processes and documentation for efficiency and quality.
- Lead recruitment, retention, and performance management efforts.
Technical Requirements
- 10+ years in senior engineering roles, including 3–5 years in leadership and recent hands-on technical work.
- Proven SaaS product experience with a strong capability in innovation, architecture, and vendor/licence management.
- Current knowledge of emerging technologies and security compliance.
