The Position

Job Summary

This role involves leading the design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical prototypes, wireframes and documentation to enable translation of business requirements into functional designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain effective data models, transform and optimise data flows to ensure efficient retrieval and application performance.
  • Evaluate solutions for security, scalability and compliance with organisational security policies, data governance standards, and Microsoft best practices.
  • Develop and execute testing artefacts, including unit and integration tests, to ensure quality, reliability and performance of solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform developer, including user centric designs, with a strong track record of delivering complex business initiatives.
  • Excellent problem solving abilities, with a capability to analyse problems, identify root causes and develop practical solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
