Senior Credit Reviewer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Reviewer to join our team. As a Senior Credit Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating credit applications from merchants and providing recommendations on approval or rejection based on the risk level and lending policies of our company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Application Review: Conduct thorough reviews of credit applications to assess the risk level and determine whether to approve or reject the application.
  • Credit Decision Making: Make sound decisions on credit applications based on established lending policies and procedures.
  • Communication with Clients: Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding credit application status and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of credit decisions and comply with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Team Support: Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in credit underwriting or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the financial services industry, the credit market, and relevant regulations and compliance standards.
