Lead Cybersecurity Strategist (CISO)

A visionary leader is sought to spearhead the protection of our digital ecosystem and drive innovation in next-generation technology.

The successful candidate will have national responsibility for driving cybersecurity strategy, embedding Zero Trust principles, and leading risk and compliance initiatives. They will also play a key role in leveraging new technologies, including AI to modernise defences and strengthen our digital foundation.

  • Champion a Zero Trust security model and embed it across TSA's infrastructure
  • Implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with evolving tech trends and risks
  • Oversee audits, compliance, incident response, and operational security delivery
  • Guide risk-informed decisions across our technology environment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure our security posture keeps pace with AI adoption and cloud transformation
