Advanced Analytics Consultant

The Role We are seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced digital measurement solutions that drive business growth.

You will draw on your expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and privacy-first solutions to identify complex analytics challenges and translate them into actionable technical implementations. Your role will involve driving the implementation of GA4 and GTM, architecting robust data collection ecosystems, providing expert guidance on privacy-first measurement, and leading client engagements and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing advanced digital measurement solutions
  • Driving GA4 GTM and Server-Side Tagging Implementations
  • Architecting robust data collection ecosystems
  • Providing expert guidance on privacy-first measurement
  • Translating business needs into technical measurement strategies
  • Leading client engagements and project delivery
  • Fostering data-driven decision-making
  • Educating and empowering internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrating diverse data sources
  • Optimizing processes for efficiency and scale

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Google Analytics (GA360/GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Demonstrable expertise in implementing and deploying GA4 and Conversion APIs
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript for web analytics implementation custom tagging and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and understand HTML/HTML5 and CSS
  • Experience in tag architecture analysis and designing robust data flows across diverse digital properties
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for analytics tracking
  • Excellent analytical quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • At least 5+ years of overall experience within digital marketing analytics and/or web development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Management of Information Systems Mathematics Statistics or Economics is preferred
