Stakeholder Liaison Specialist

About The Role
As a key member of the Ventia team, the Stakeholder Liaison will play a crucial role in supporting our construction activities and ensuring effective communication with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including utility authorities, government institutions, and community organizations, to engage, inform, and communicate project aspects.
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective lines of communication for approvals and advice.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, deliverables, and timelines between project teams and consultants.
- Update the wider team via meetings and written correspondence.
- Assist with various activities within the Stakeholder and Access function as required.
- Ensure the stakeholder function meets contractual obligations and timeframes.
- Work within a supportive and experienced team.
About You
- Previous experience in a stakeholder role, preferably within a large construction environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
