Land Access Specialist

About The Role
As a key member of the Access Management Group Team, the Land Access Advisor will play a crucial role in providing land access documentation for internal and external customers. This role requires a strong understanding of client and legislative requirements, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue Land Access & Activity notices in accordance with client specifications and regulations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence activities to identify potential build constraints, utilizing relevant websites and platforms.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of notifications meet contracted requirements and customer expectations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote access and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Track and record all related activities to maintain transparency and compliance.
About You
- You will possess a solid understanding of the Land Access function within a Telecommunications environment.
- Knowledge of the obligations under Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act is essential.
- Experience working in a similar role, dealing with internal and external stakeholders, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
- Previous experience working with the NNACs platform is an advantage.
