**Job Title:** Support Services Assistant As a Support Services Assistant, you will be working in a dynamic and challenging environment to provide support to caseworkers in their day-to-day work with children, young people, families and communities. **Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist caseworkers in preparing documentation and help with case planning for children and young people.
  • Source and share information about families and make relevant referrals and appointments.
  • Maintain timely client and casework records, including client information system records.
  • Supervise low-risk family contact visits and prepare summary reports which accurately record observations.
 **Requirements:We are looking for someone who has some community work experience in working with vulnerable and diverse groups. You should have strong record-keeping skills or the willingness to learn, as well as a valid driver's license as occasional travel will be required. Additionally, you must hold a National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014 and a Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012. **Benefits:
