Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Nurse Coordinator to provide clinical leadership in our organisation and the community through the development and implementation of an integrated and comprehensive District Nursing Service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management, including supporting human resources, change management, and ensuring safer care outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to receive training prior to commencing the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to foster the exchange of ideas and broad participation in the achievement of service plan objectives
  • Demonstrate high level interpersonal skills, communication, and a commitment to consultation
  • Effectively work in partnership with stakeholders
  • Manage and contribute to organisational performance and reporting requirements
  • Have experience and knowledge of working in rural areas
  • Plan and manage service delivery, including budgets and activity reporting
  • Understand and respond to community need
