
Railway Communications Specialist

This is a senior-level position that requires technical leadership in railway telecommunications systems. The role involves planning, execution, and technical review of complex railway telecommunications projects to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
About the Position- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality telecommunications solutions supporting railway mission-critical and business-critical applications.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations and project goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, contract management, procurement, scheduling, and planning teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain a focus on innovation, client satisfaction, and project efficiency to contribute to long-term client relationships and project profitability.
- Review and oversee technical documentation, designs, and reports to ensure compliance with industry best practices and project specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in consulting with a strong background in railway telecommunications.
- Proven expertise deploying IP/MPLS and 5G networks within railway environments is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions within project timeframes and budgets.
