Contract Management Internship

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management and procurement. You will assist with preparing and issuing RFQs and tenders, reviewing supplier quotes and comparing pricing, supporting contract administration and compliance tracking, maintaining procurement records and supplier databases, participating in supplier meetings and negotiations, monitoring delivery schedules and resolving issues, collaborating with site teams to forecast procurement needs, and working under supervision of contracts or procurement specialists.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Assist with preparing and issuing RFQs and tenders.
  2. Review supplier quotes and compare pricing.
  3. Support contract administration and compliance tracking.
  4. Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
  5. Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations.
  6. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve issues.
  7. Collaborate with site teams to forecast procurement needs.
Requirements
  • Current enrolment in a Commerce, Business, Economics, or similar degree.
  • Experience with relevant software and systems through studies or placements (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills across verbal, written, numerical, and graphical formats.
  • Ability to uphold high work standards and build strong relationships with peers and leaders.
  • Capacity to work independently to meet personal and team goals.
  • Valid manual driver's license.
  • Willingness to live and work remotely.
