We are seeking an experienced Network Solutions Expert who can leverage their knowledge of networking industry protocols and technologies to drive customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of complex network environments and the ability to troubleshoot dynamic issues while communicating effectively with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience with Linux, troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark, and familiarity with programming/scripting languages. A comfort level with cloud environments and automation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers via telephone or written email communication.
  • Resolve complex customer concerns related to product installation, operation, maintenance, or compatibility matters.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies for hardware equipment and software applications.
  • Document customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering network protocols and technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of networking industry products and protocols.
  • Experience with Linux and/or Unix operating systems.
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, shell) and cloud environment/automation a plus.
