We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Respiratory Liaison role at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality patient care in a community setting
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge and ability relevant to area within a community setting
- Demonstrated clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care
- Effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
