Job Overview

We are seeking a Technology Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving technology innovation and delivering business value.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and operationally stable solutions.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technology and commercial software development principles, as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead incident management, fail & fix, and lifecycle management to ensure the health insurance technology stack remains fit-for-purpose
  • Collaborate with the Architecture team to design technology solutions that meet the needs of the health insurance business
  • Ensure reuse and alignment of capability and technology assets across the organization
  • Design, code, test, and deploy software solutions across multiple platforms
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep knowledge of documentation, coding, testing, and deployment using multiple development languages and platforms
  • Proven project and delivery skills, with experience working in an Agile environment
  • Strong software quality assurance and problem diagnosis and resolution skills
  • Commercial software development/design experience, with tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience working in a technical leadership role with solution design experience
