Job Title: Systems Support/ Network Engineer

FinXL IT Professional Services is a leading Australian-owned company providing innovative technology-enabled business solutions and consulting services to clients across various industries, including Telecommunication, Banking and Finance, and Commercial Corporations, as well as State and Federal Government Departments.

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Support/ Network Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis, working onsite in the CBD of Sydney.

Salary will be between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate workloads and collaborate with infrastructure architects, Application and Database Teams on project design.
  • Backup and restore systems, manage application distribution, and ensure data responsibility on servers.
  • Analyze and process user issues and requests, providing solutions to technical requests and problems.
  • Oversee devices' end-to-end connectivity, auditing, and device information.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity on network devices, firewalls, servers, switches, routers, storage, copper, fibre, power, and all infrastructure devices in the data centre.
  • Document, physically audit equipment, manage IT records, and maintain inventory of work tools, equipment, and devices.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • P-Series experience.
  • Experience working on enterprise-sized clients' critical services.
  • Relevant migration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
