Geotechnical Discipline Leader Role Summary

This key leadership position focuses on delivering high-quality geotechnical design services across a range of infrastructure sectors. The role involves leading geotechnical inputs for multidisciplinary projects and managing a portfolio of smaller-scale projects.

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in geotechnical investigation, design, and construction, with knowledge of South Australian ground conditions. They will also possess proven project leadership skills, including budget management, team coordination, and client engagement.

A degree in civil or geotechnical engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience are required. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end geotechnical design services across infrastructure sectors
  • Lead geotechnical inputs for multidisciplinary projects
  • Manage own portfolio of smaller-scale projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior engineers
Required Qualifications:
