Building Coordinator Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Building Receptionist/Coordinator for a residential apartment block. You will be the primary contact for all residents, providing information on building operations and resident services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to facilities management
  • Maintain the building's appearance by ensuring amenities are clean and tidy
  • Liaise with residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Ensure excellent communication skills and phone manner at all times
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist/clerk in a hotel, high-end apartment building, or commercial building
  • High level of administrative skills & attention to detail
  • High level of computer skills with Microsoft Office & G-Suite
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
