Flexible Apartment Cleaner

We are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team on a casual basis.
As a Casual Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of high-end apartment buildings in Erskine, Perth.
Your duties will include:
- Vacuuming and mopping of all areas
- Window cleaning and general cleaning
- Rubbish removal and other tasks as required
You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the following areas:
- Main foyers and landings of all apartment blocks
- Inside pool area, including ablution areas
- Gym floor and equipment
- External BBQs and windows to all apartment blocks
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in cleaning
- 1 year's experience in commercial cleaning
- A National Police Certificate and a valid Driver Licence
This is a casual position with a requirement for weekend availability. You must be fully vaccinated with a Covid-19 booster to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
