The Talent Mill is seeking an experienced Fashion Wholesale Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong logistics, administration, and operations skills to drive the success of our fashion brand.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Exceptional organizational skill with the ability to multi-task and see activities through to completion to a high standard
  • Renowned for accuracy and attention to detail, capable of reacting flexibly to different requirements for multiple accounts and regions
  • Strong IT technical skills, particularly Excel and Enterprise systems
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and develop rapport with key stakeholders, both internal and external

This role requires strong international wholesale operation and logistics experience, with an understanding of 3rd party warehouse operations. As a Fashion Wholesale Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quick and efficient fulfillment of orders for all global customers.

About the Role:

We imagine you will have a strong background in logistics, administration, or operations, or be a current Wholesale Operations Executive in a fashion brand. You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, manage warehouse stock allocation, and provide excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-season launch preparation to ensure all required details updated in the order book and inform the sales team where further information is required
  • Liaise with Accounts to understand finance position for each account
  • Allocation of warehouse stock to wholesale orders to ensure availability for shipping
  • Liaising with customers to arrange collection, agree on delivery, etc.
  • Supporting online customer queries alongside wholesale customers
  • Liaising with the warehouse to help prioritize orders and maximize efficient shipment of orders
  • Reconciling returns approved by the sales team and received into the warehouse
  • Supporting preparation of rolling shipping forecasts based on available stock, finance issues, and specific knowledge of accounts

About the Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your remuneration package, you can expect strong career progression opportunities, travel experiences, and a supportive team environment.
