Job Description

As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate data entry in HR systems, and ensuring compliance documentation is up-to-date.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing accurate data entry and maintaining HR systems (BambooHR)
  2. Onboarding staff and doctors seamlessly into BambooHR
  3. Preparing HR documents, including employment offers and employee forms
  4. Generating reports (e.g., exporting data from BambooHR into Excel)
  5. Scheduling and acting on employee entitlements
  6. Supporting HR activities for newly acquired centres
  7. Supporting new HR initiatives and projects as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with an administration background or experience in a Human Resources team who is looking for more flexibility in a remote role. Alternatively, a recent Human Resources graduate eager to gain hands-on experience will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
