Job Title: Operations SupervisorAbout the Role:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day activities and ensure high-quality workmanship on site.

This is a leadership role that requires hands-on involvement in carpentry work when needed to maintain project momentum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of skilled carpenters and apprentices.
  • Read and interpret plans and drawings to inform decision-making.
  • Organize materials, tools, and subcontractors efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification in carpentry (Certificate III or equivalent).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in carpentry, with a preference for leaders or supervisors.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction principles.
  • Ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and problem-solve creatively.
  • Hold a valid White Card, driver's license, and own necessary tools.
  • Be eligible to work full-time in Australia.
