Job Role Overview

We're seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our seasonal team, helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences across our Westfield destinations during the festive season.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, working closely with customers and retailers alike.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth traffic flow throughout our car parks, providing top-notch service, and assisting with valet services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to our customers and retailers
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre
  • Support valet services by opening car doors and assisting guests as they exit their vehicles
  • Park and handle customer vehicles with care and efficiency (Valet roles only)
  • Contribute to maintaining smooth traffic flow throughout our car parks
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Be willing to go above and beyond to enhance the customer and retailer experience
  • Feel confident in assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Confidently and safely drive and park both manual and automatic vehicles with care and precision
  • Hold a full open driver's licence (Manual, Auto, or International)
