Job Title: Building Services

At Fuse Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Building Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting forensic site assessments on various building types, identifying building defects or movement-related issues, and preparing detailed forensic causation reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments to identify building defects or movement-related issues
  • Prepare detailed forensic causation reports and make safe assessments
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external clients, and sub-contractors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural)
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) registration
  • Able to work independently and autonomously
  • Strong knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards related to engineering
