As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the execution of transmission line projects across various locations and complexities. Your role will involve collaborating with design teams to ensure timely completion, quality control, and adherence to budget targets.
- Lead project teams throughout their life cycle, from initiation to closure.
- Direct, mentor, train, and supervise team members, including engineers, coordinators, designers, and administrative staff.
- Oversight of workload, schedule, quality, utilization, morale, and performance of team members.
- Responsible for overseeing non-engineering components of projects, such as public engagement, permitting, right of way acquisition, and construction management.
- Lead the QA/QC process per organizational quality standards, ensuring high-quality services and work products.
- Support client relationships and engage in business development activities with existing and target clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop hiring plans and build a team of professionals to meet program needs.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- FE, PE license preferred; PMP certification in lieu of PE.
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
