With over 45 years of service, the college has two campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, offering a comprehensive education to over 2400 students and employing around 400 staff members across both sites.
The institution is seeking a part-time Mental Health and Wellbeing Specialist (FTE 0.4) to commence Term 1, 2025, supporting the college's student wellbeing program. The ideal candidate will receive training in mental health literacy, supporting emerging needs, and building school capacity, as well as ongoing support and professional development through structured Communities of Practice facilitated by the Melbourne Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne, supported by the Murdoch Children's Research Institute.

- High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willingness to obtain these prior to commencement.
- Commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
- Willingness to be involved in all aspects of the institution's programs and opportunities.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive training delivered by the Melbourne Graduate School of Education (MGSE) at the University of Melbourne, supported by the Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI).

- Paid parental leave.
- Flexible work opportunities.
- Career and leadership professional development opportunities.
- Employee Assistance Program.
- Friendly and collegial community to work with.
Application Process:
