Warehouse Operatives Wanted for Cold Storage and 4WD Supplies

We are seeking experienced Reach Operators to work in our cold storage facilities and 4WD supplies warehouses in the East Suburbs of Perth.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Labour Force as a Warehouse Operative in our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for safely operating Reach Forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring efficient and accurate picking and packing processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with Reach Forklifts and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Voice pick experience is preferred but not essential. You will also be comfortable working in chiller and freezer environments and have excellent recent pick pack experience in busy distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Picking and packing orders accurately and quickly
  • Meet productivity targets and KPI's
  • Work effectively within a team environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with Reach Forklifts essential
  • Voice pick experience preferred
  • Ability to work in chiller and freezer environments
  • Excellent recent pick pack experience in busy DC
  • Willingness to train the right applicant
