Automotive Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Specialist to join our team at our Bentley Service Centre. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

About the Role
  • Manage the customer experience during the vehicle service process, including coordinating with technicians and communicating with customers.
  • Greet customers and confirm vehicle information, including make, model, and type of service or repair issue.
  • Provide estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed, offering appropriate recommendations for additional works.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and complete repair orders.
  • Support the collaboration and achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates.
