Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team as an Automotive Service Specialist.

This pivotal role will see you provide exceptional support and advice to valued customers, liaising between technicians and clients to ensure a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

  • Greet customers and confirm vehicle information.
  • Provide estimates for repair and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desirable).
