Senior Infrastructure Delivery Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver project solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and scheduling.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks or issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, with a focus on highway and roadworks.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects in collaboration with government agencies is desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and processes.
