We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and optimize manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing principles, developing and evaluating manufacturing methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including layout design, workflow optimization, and equipment utilization.
  • Collaborate with global teams to standardize production methods and ensure efficient production standardization.
  • Analyze cost benefits and evaluate business cases for process improvements.
  • Support new product introductions and ensure smooth production ramp-up.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production/manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience in industrial engineering and process planning in a production environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project planning, optimization, and implementation for processes, material flows, layouts, and production equipment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process development, and project engineering.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical competencies.
  • CAD and Illustrator knowledge is an advantage.
  • Statistical training and/or exposure to Six Sigma is beneficial.
