Job Role: Graduate Occupational Therapist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our graduate program. You will be supported across all stages of your journey to develop your clinical expertise.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse settings, from clients' homes to day centres, parks and clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for clients.

Program Details
  • Graduate-specific induction sessions, including an introduction to community practice and life at the organization.
  • Mentorship by a discipline-specific 1:1 supervisor to help navigate working with us.
  • Ongoing Training: Six months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling.
  • Study Leave: Four paid study days per calendar year.
