About the Role:

The role of an Educator at Goodstart is multifaceted. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. This includes creating engaging activities, observing and informing about children's progress, and collaborating with colleagues to improve programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children
  • To observe and inform about children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes
  • To collaborate with colleagues to improve programs, share best practices, and support one another in our roles
  • To maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, prioritizing the well-being and safety of children at all times

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
