Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as a Childcare Director. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring that our centre delivers exceptional outcomes for children.

About the Role

The Childcare Director will play a key role in shaping the educational direction of our centre, working closely with our area manager and compliance specialists to ensure that we meet all regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting our educators, as well as promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning programs
  • Develop and implement educational policies and procedures
  • Mentor and support educators to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Contribute to the development of centre-wide initiatives and strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring early childhood education services
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices, legislative frameworks, and quality guidelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
