Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and other RPA technologies.
  • Manage and monitor robotic processes to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring delivery quality, performance and compliance with agreed service level agreements.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and maintenance of automation solutions.
  • Prepare documentation, reports and dashboards to track performance, efficiency and ROI of automation initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements and best practices for automation governance.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Automation Specialist / RPA Developer, with strong expertise in UiPath.
  • Hands-on experience in managing, monitoring and scaling robotic processes.
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks, workflows and process optimization.
  • Experience in managing vendors and external service providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in a large or complex enterprise environment is desirable.
