VaynerMedia is looking for a highly skilled and creative Post Creative Strategist to join their Sydney team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to collaborate with the local team and learn from experts globally.

As a Post Creative Strategist, you will manage and drive strategy expertise and have a solid understanding of what works in the industry. You will also possess an undying passion to continuously make magic happen regardless of the adversities thrown your way.

This role represents the community's voice in every aspect of the brand and maneuvers through multiple channels. The ideal candidate will synergise well with the Creative team and be deeply rooted in the purpose of 'customer first'.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing strategy solutions from brand strategy to tactical social, content and influencer strategies
  • An out of the box perspective on data and research to find interesting consumer insights that can be leveraged
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
  • Crafting content calendars, caption banks, and trendjacking posts with ease
  • Understanding community management and social listening to deeply understand people
  • Ability to read and internalise social media comments and differentiate people's behaviours on different social platforms
  • Bringing the consumer's world to life for creative teams and clients using qualitative and cultural mining and insightful synthesis of quantitative research to inform a strategic approach
  • Articulating effective strategic rationale and logic flow that will help form a compelling story
