The role of Senior Manager, Professional Practices is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to drive innovation and improvement in our audit function.

As a leader and influencer, you will be responsible for creating value by driving the advancement of audit practices and delivering high-quality assurance services to our stakeholders. This includes developing and maintaining our audit methodology, driving innovative audit practices, and running a Quality Assurance program to ensure the quality of work performed across our team.

This role requires strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to draw insights from analysis and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You should also have advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis, as well as demonstrated ability to manage and drive multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining our audit methodology
  • Driving innovative audit practices and running a Quality Assurance program
  • Building key relationships with leadership teams and subsidiary audit teams
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance maturity across process, technology, and technical capability

Other qualities and qualifications include:

  • Practical knowledge of Internal Audit and Risk with experience in Board and Executive Reporting
  • Deep knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, regulatory expectations for financial services, and Audit Methodologies
  • Awareness of emerging Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics audit technologies and techniques
